Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2022, Dr. Schirtzinger has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
One of the best care provider I ever had.
Professional & understanding and compassionate.
He was very patient based
Listened intently on my concern and desire to stay off my prescription medication as much as we could.
My provider also ask me questions, he also helped me with BVYC to get me to the specialist.
The doctor is more friendly, he answered all my questions and he fulfilled all my needs(tests and medications).
Excellent bedside manner.

He talked to me and was very understanding.
He's a good listener. He researches my records before meeting with me. He acts like he cares. He's thorough with his notes. When I read his notes-there accurate. He reaches out to my other providers to get answers. He's consistent. He's a humble and respectful person. He's the first doctor I've had in my life that I would bet money that he's not a drug addict. I believe he's a good person. He doesn't push drugs on me. He respects my religion, my diet, etc.
