I am a lead psychotherapist in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health in the College of Medicine. I was educated in cognitive behavioral therapy at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic in Pittsburgh, and has more than 25 years of clinical experience treating mood and anxiety disorders. I completed the Teacher Training Intensive in MBCT through the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto, and am currently leading MBCT groups.
