I am a board-certified internal medicine and geriatric medicine physician at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in primary care for older adults, focusing on preventive care, dementia management and complex chronic conditions. My patients can rely on me for high quality, compassionate care and honest communication in every encounter.
I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of skilled experts to ensure each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs and values. In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of providers.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. Very kind and friendly. Listened intently to my problems and was encouraging about the treatment and solution. Very thorough. Reviewed my needed vaccines and tests and ordered needed tests and had the test labs contact me for scheduling.

Dr. Bhatt is very attentive and knowledgable. I'm convinced she saved me from potentially serious health consequences by prescibing statins for my high cholesterol. My previous physician failed to do so. Thankfully, he retired.

Dr. Bhatt is a compassionate and very relatable physician. I'm so glad that I found her practice. Over the past year under her care, my health has improved greatly. I feel very well looked after. She is a thoughtful listentener -- especially when considering the impact of other pressures in my life such as the past critical illness of my elderly mother. I admitted that I was not always able to eat a healthfully as I would have liked during that two-month period when I was spending many hours at the hospital and then skilled nursing for her care. When I get good test results, she motivates and encourages me. But she also doesn't sugar coat the realities. I'm sure that if my test results were not as good as they've been during my past two visits, she would be firm and possibly even a bit stern. She was when I first came to her. When my initial test results were poor, she took rapid actions to schedule me with appropriate team members for their expert supervision. She monitored my case closely and I felt very personally cared for. I seriously believe that she has that special ability to connect with her patients in a way that can inspire their drive to work hard to improve what they can about their own health. I cannot imagine seeing anyone else as my PCP henceforth.
