I am passionate about delivering comprehensive women’s health care across patients’ reproductive and nonreproductive stages. As a general obstetrician and gynecologist, I treat patients from their first menstrual cycle, through menopause and beyond. In my role at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I perform gynecologic surgical procedures, including minimally invasive approaches. I also perform vaginal births and cesarean deliveries, and provide prenatal and postpartum care. In addition, I treat conditions including abnormal uterine bleeding, infertility, adnexal masses, cervical and vulvar abnormalities, and pelvic pain, and offer contraception counseling.
My patients can expect a compassionate, patient-centered approach when they come to see me. I care for all patients as I would want my own family members to be treated, and I empower them to be advocates for their health needs.
The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center is a special place to work and receive medical care. Each clinician offers their unique expertise, and, as one collaborative team, clinicians work together to provide the best personalized health care to all patients, no matter their background.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family. We enjoy exploring the Metro Parks around Columbus and trying new restaurants around the city. During the fall, you’ll find me in scarlet and gray, cheering on the Buckeyes at Ohio Stadium.
Please note: Not all physicians schedule patients at each listed location.
I trained at a large academic institution and that experience demonstrated just how important attending physicians are in preparing the next generation of providers. I am who I am today because of my mentors and teachers, and I am passionate about continuing to pay it forward. I am a clinical assistant professor, and I work with medical students in outpatient offices, operating rooms and on labor and delivery floors.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

Dr brown is amazing. She's is so caring. I am lucky to have her takes care of me
Although I had no medical issues to discuss, Dr Brown spoke with me about warning signs to be aware of and to contact her if anything arose.
The provider was very professional and courteous. She was concerned about my genetic history
Dr.Brown is very knowledgeable when it comes to my medical history, so so friendly and makes me feel very welcome and supported. I have no complaints at all about her.
Dr Brown answered questions I didn't even know I had. I got all the information I needed to make decisions, not just enough to start research.
Dr brown is always so personable and remembers me even though I only see her once a year. It makes me feel like she really cares about me.
Provider was excellent, very knowledgeable and transparent about care
The doctor add always was very personable and made me feel important even though I know she has many patients.
I had a missed miscarriage and Dr. Brown was so incredible I walked out of that appointment with so much admiration for how she treated me and how kind and compassionate she was. I hope to be able to have her as my provider for when we do eventually have a viable pregnancy as well.
Long wait because doctor was in call and had to see other patients. Th? doctor didn't see some of the test history, but otherwise made me feel cared for and understood my issues
She is excellent!
I thought my care provider was extremely intelligent and gave me the highest level of care possible.
First time seeing her. I really liked her. Attentive answered my questions. She gave me different options to choose my treatment
Very good experience
Absolutely amazing!! Would choose her and recommend her over and over again!
She knows m medical and stories from last visits and don't feel like have to repeat. Feels like she cares.
Every one of my pregnancy appointments was with Dr. Brown, which was possible because a receptionist suggested I schedule them all after my first appointment. I couldn't be happier with the experience over 9 months, and would even say I looked forward to our time together. She is open, kind, and smart. I'd recommend her to anyone.
I was so impressed with Dr. Brown. Her care and attention to detail exceeded any and all expectations. I wasn't thrilled to link with a new provider but needed to based on Insurance and I'm so glad I landed with Dr. Brown.
