About Me
I am passionate about delivering comprehensive women’s health care across patients’ reproductive and nonreproductive stages. As a general obstetrician and gynecologist, I treat patients from their first menstrual cycle to menopause and beyond. In my role at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I perform gynecologic surgical procedures, including minimally invasive approaches. I also perform vaginal births and cesarean delivery and provide prenatal and postpartum care. In addition, I treat conditions including abnormal uterine bleeding, infertility, adnexal masses, cervical and vulvar abnormalities, and pelvic pain, and offer contraception counseling.
My patients can expect a compassionate, patient-centered approach when they come to see me. I care for all patients as I would want my own family members to be treated, and I empower them to be advocates for their health needs.
The Ohio State University is an exceedingly special place to work and receive medical care. Each clinician offers their unique expertise and, as one collaborative team, works together to provide the best personalized health care to all patients, no matter their background.
I trained at a large academic institution and that experience demonstrated just how important attending physicians are in preparing the next generation of providers. I am who I am today because of my mentors and teachers, and I am passionate about continuing to pay it forward. I am a clinical assistant professor and I work with medical students in outpatient offices, operating rooms, and labor and delivery.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and daughter. We enjoy exploring the Metro Parks around Columbus and trying new restaurants around the city. During the fall, you’ll find me in scarlet and gray cheering on the Buckeyes at Ohio Stadium.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

Excellent!
Very knowledgeable
She was very nice, professional, and caring. Listened to any concerns I had. She even took me back before my scheduled appointment time. I appreciate that so much. The longer I have to wait for a dr appointment the more nervous I am.
She was very attentive, as always.
Dr. Brown was wonderful - I had to establish new care as my long time OB/GYN retired this year and after seeing Dr. Brown I felt 100 percent confident that I was at the right place with the right Doctor. She was truly excellent!
Dr Brown has been amazing throughout my pregnancy. I love that she stopped into visit me even though she didn't deliver my baby. Dr Sinay who did my delivery was also great - very encouraging when I pushed.

This was my 1st OB appointment after my miscarriage. The provider was much more caring than the OSU main hospital ER doctors.

This was the first time I saw this care provider. Dr. Brown was excellent. She was very personable, friendly, reviewed my past with my provider that retired and explained everything that we were going to to today and in the future. She was very concerned about my well-being.
