Working as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer guided me toward a career in helping people to help themselves. I’m drawn toward working with geriatric patients to help support mobility and independence as they age. I also worked in a women’s only facility for many years and specialize in women’s health issues. Other areas of focus include foot/ankle, hand/forearm and low back/hip pain.
I enjoy swimming, cooking, yoga, dogs, hanging with friends and family and British detective stories. I also have a passion for decluttering and organization.
I swim almost daily, and my two rambunctious canines keep me hopping. I love cooking as a creative outlet and am fascinated with nutrition info. Working on my fixer upper home is a constant project and in my down time, I like to hang with friends and family and watching British mysteries.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
