Biography

I am a nurse practitioner in the Division of Thoracic Surgery at The James. I received my master’s in nursing from The Ohio State University and have been working at the OSUCCC – James since 2010, where I treat patients who have been diagnosed with lung cancer, esophageal cancer and lung metastasis. Helping navigate these patients through their cancer journey and into the survivorship phase is incredibly rewarding, especially at a hospital like The James.

It’s great to be part of a nationally recognized cancer program and know that so many positive things are happening here. As a member of the James team, I have access to resources that help me be a better provider and deliver the best possible care to my patients.

My position at the James has also afforded me opportunities for career growth and enrichment. In addition to participating in the Advanced Practice Clinical Advancement Program, I have also served on the Professional Advisory Board for the Cancer Support Community of Central Ohio and as a preceptor of nurse practitioner fellows in the James Oncology Fellowship Program.
