Biography
I am a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in general gynecology and minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery. My patients can rely on me for high quality, compassionate care and honest communication in every encounter.
I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of skilled experts to ensure each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs and values. In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of providers.
I am a clinical professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and serve as clinical director of the Center for Women’s Health.

I was very impressed with how thorough Dr Blumenfeld was with me, explaining everything in a manner easy to understand.

Waited over an hour to see him. When done with the procedure, I then sat in his office for 25 while he talked at me about himself, his bike riding, and how to lose weight
I have been his patient since I was a graduate student at OSU. Dr. Blumenfeld is amazing, I could write a whole book about him. He literally saved my life by insisting that I get a mammogram 9 years ago. He delivered my child instead of going home to celebrate Hanukkah. I could go on and on.

Dr. Blumenfeld was excellent explaining what could or could not be the problem I was having. He did a thorough examination, explained exactly what and why. Also, the student intern with him was also very professional.
