Biography
I am a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in general gynecology and minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery. My patients can rely on me for high quality, compassionate care and honest communication in every encounter.
I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of skilled experts to ensure each patient receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs and values.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of providers.
I am a clinical professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and serve as clinical director of the Center for Women’s Health.

Even after a wait, Dr. Blumfield was concerned about my family history and going forward was direct and encouraging. He offered additional testing at that visit. I chose to wait until after the recommended genetic consult.
