Consulting and related relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Michael Booth has reported no relationships with companies or entities.

A good experience
Dr. Booth worked very hard to make sure my surgery took place when my health insurance tried to deny it. He and his staff went to great lengths to ensure my insurance company had all of the information they needed.
He seemed irritated that I was there because I guess he just do doesn't knee replacements and told me how I didn't want one but I never wanted one or asked for one in the first place I just wanted a handicap placard for the days I have difficulty walking.
