About Me

I am a primary care provider and the lead physician for Ohio State Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in Hilliard. I treat patients across the lifespan and enjoy the variety of clinical experiences available through combined internal medicine and pediatrics ---- from newborn appointments to geriatric visits.

I partner with my patients to find the right balance of lifestyle changes and medication management strategies, so they can effectively manage chronic conditions and prevent future illnesses. Growing up with a brother with Down syndrome, I'm also particularly passionate about working with adults with this condition and other developmental disabilities. I am committed to empowering each of my patients and their families, and to offering the highest quality care possible.

I'm a proud lifelong Buckeye and completed all my training through The Ohio State University system, which allowed me the privilege of learning from experts in a wide variety of medical specialties. I also appreciate the mentorship opportunities that helped me get to where I am today.

I am grateful to give back to this institution by continuing to work with medical students and residents, particularly in improving care for adults with developmental disabilities. I also serve as an assistant clinical professor of Internal Medicine in The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, reading fantasy and science fiction novels and running.

This provider is new for me this year. I have only seen him twice, but I dont feel like he is a "family" physician! He doesnt ask anything about me to get to know me, and blows off my questions and concerns. Maybe to him they seem frivolous? But I didnt expend my energy, my time and monies for him to judge my concerns! If I am fearful about a medication, then recognize the fear but don't condemn me for it. If I need more information after my hospital stay, why is he irritated?
