About Me

As a physician, I specialize in internal medicine and sports medicine. I believe it is important to have my patients participate in their treatment and care plans. If multiple solutions are available, I discuss the pros and cons of each option, while ultimately letting the patient decide on which option may be most beneficial for his or her individual needs.

What I find most enjoyable about working at The Ohio State University is the collegiality among faculty members as well as the efficiency of having our patients' medical records easily accessible on one computer system.

When I am not working, I appreciate any time that I get to spend outdoors or with my family.

Dr. Tiso was great, he listened to my history of pain and ordered an MRI with my input on having it done now or waiting to see if therapy would help. I appreciated this very much as I was really wanting an MRI sooner rather than later. I liked that he uses MyChart for corresponding too. Keeps the office visits & long travel days down for me as I am immunocompromised.

My doctor of the day was Dr. Tiso he was good, gave me a prescription that might help, but ended up being to costly. Would have like to of had a sample to see if the drug would work before spending 330.00 a 1 month supply.
