Biography

I am Militsa Gregg, MSN, AGACNP-BC, ACHPN, and I specialize in palliative medicine nursing care at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. My practice focuses on symptom management, improving quality of life and providing comprehensive support for individuals living with serious illnesses and their families.

I deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that honors each person’s goals, values and preferences. Patients choose me because I value excellence in health care and take a proactive approach to helping individuals achieve their best possible quality of life. I believe in listening carefully, building trusted partnerships and helping patients and their loved ones navigate complex medical decisions with compassion, dignity and respect.

My passion for healthcare comes from a lifelong desire to care for others and support people through some of life’s most challenging moments. Throughout my career at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, I have developed a broad understanding of patient care across multiple clinical settings. My experience caring for critically ill patients in intensive care environments provides a strong foundation for guiding patients and families facing serious illness.

In addition to my clinical practice, I mentor and precept advanced practice providers (APP) and nursing students and contribute to organizational committees that support excellence in patient care. I hold advanced certifications in hospice and palliative care and critical care nursing, and I have served as chair of the Ohio State Nursing Alumni Engagement Association.
