Biography
I am a neurologist specializing in movement disorders at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I diagnose and treat patients for conditions including Parkinson's disease, dystonia, progressive supranuclear palsy and Lewy body dementia. I have extensive experience with advanced therapies, such as deep brain stimulation, and I offer treatments including botulinum toxin injections.
I value building relationships with patients and their families, and they can rely on me for high-quality, compassionate care during every visit. They can also expect personalized treatments that align with their unique goals and values.
In addition to my clinical responsibilities, I help educate the next generation of providers. I am an assistant clinical professor of Neurology in The Ohio State University College of Medicine.

Consulting and related relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

While he seems to know the basics of Parkinson's disease, he doesn't seem up to date on the latest treatments.
He listened to my concerns
He was very understanding of my tremor issue and listened to everything I said And he was very knowledgeable in regard to the issue
He really listened. And provided good ihformation.
I come from a family of surgeons, neurologists, and other doctors. I have rarely had a physician who showed such a clear lack of concern or understanding. He repeatedly disagreed with physicians who were experts in their field and provided no explanation. He did not ask any questions about my experience beyond leading me to try and confirm his very blatant bias. He was otherwise relatively kind in his greeting and his respectful language. He really did nothing to truly understand my history or make sense of my health picture.
