About Me

As a physician assistant specializing in sports medicine and orthopaedics, I treat and manage conditions such as shoulder pain, shoulder instability, labral tears, rotator cuff tendinitis, rotator cuff tears, biceps tendinitis, biceps tendon tears and musculoskeletal pain. My goal is to help patients regain function and obtain a better quality of life through multiple treatment modalities. I believe in carefully assessing conditions on a case-by-case basis, and providing optimal care that’s individualized to the unique needs of each patient.

I completed my undergraduate education at Ohio State, so I am very happy to be a part of the Buckeye community again. I enjoy working at Ohio State because of the excellent patient-centered care we provide as well as the opportunity to pursue my passion of helping others to the best of my ability.

In my free time I enjoy hiking, biking, being outdoors and spending time with my children.

Monica, the physician's assistant, was also very attentive to me and knew very quickly what needed to happen with me to protect my wound - my surgical wound - and its healing process. She seemed very confident and knew right away what to do and it made sense to me. And I felt really secure in the care I was receiving.
