Biography

I am Morgan Stitzlein, LISW-S, a licensed independent social worker at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in women’s mental and behavioral health. My social work practice focuses on providing compassionate, evidence-based care that supports women’s emotional well-being across different stages of life.

As a social worker in the Women’s Mental and Behavioral Health program at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I work with patients experiencing various mental and behavioral health concerns. I believe in creating a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected and empowered in their care.

My approach is patient-centered and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I partner with patients to help them develop effective coping strategies, build resilience and improve their overall quality of life. Whether someone is navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, mood-related concerns or other behavioral health challenges, I strive to provide compassionate care that supports their long-term wellness.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University College of Social Work, and I am committed to helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their mental health and well-being.

Consulting and related relationships

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.

As of 11/3/2025, Morgan Stitzlein has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
