I am a psychotherapist in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health in the College of Medicine. I completed the Teacher Training Intensive in MBCT through the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto. For a decade, I have maintained a personal mindfulness practice, which helps me to relate to the world and myself in a kinder, less critical way.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care.
