She was very helpful about answering questions. She was very nice and seemed concerned about my health.
I really appreciated that the provider, who is a specialist, incorporated the timing of my next visit with my PCP and offered that labs can be drawn at that visit rather than having labs drawn now and then again at PCP appointment. She was aware that the PCP would need to draw labs for my thyroid at the next visit.
She answered all of my questions effectively and with kindness.
This was my first visit with this provider. She spent a refreshing amount of time with me, providing thorough and helpful answers to questions, and overall making the visit productive and informative. Similar to the assistant, she was welcoming, courteous and professional throughout the visit. I was impressed with her levels of knowledge and experience, and look forward to seeing her in future.
