As an adult reconstruction orthopedic surgeon, I specialize in treating conditions that cause degradation of the hip and knee joints. I use a combination of various non-operative treatment methods to improve patients’ symptoms, and I also perform joint replacement surgery. My areas of?interest include outpatient total joint replacement surgery, short hospital stays, and rapid recovery with return to activity.
I perform both partial and full knee replacement surgery, as well as hip replacement surgery, using muscle-preserving techniques. My surgical procedures incorporate the latest technological innovations in orthopedic surgery.
I also specialize in examining patients with painful joint replacements performed in the past, and I treat problems related to infection or instability of prior joint replacements. I focus my knowledge toward developing treatment plans that are specific to each patient's diagnosis and needs. I devote undivided attention to patient issues, and I would be pleased to care for you or your family members.?

Dr Greco was for aSecond opinion re: knee replacement! I brought my past MRI for his review! He examined my knee & range of motion. Asked many questions and I felt he was clear about further choices to avoid surgery. It was unexpected joy!

Dr Greco's very enjoyable, good bedside manner, I think he might have assumed a new more than I did, about the suggested treatment approach but he gave me all the appropriate information and I really appreciated his tendency to take a conservative approach to my care versus recommending immediately replacement, I think he wants to go slow and cover all the options because there's nothing urgent here. I already commented to colleagues and friends how much I appreciated Dr Greco's easy-going manner and conservative approach to care as a surgeon especially.
