Biography
I am Nick Hohman, PT, and as a physical therapist, I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with neurological conditions and injuries. My physical therapy practice at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center focuses on neurological rehabilitation and physical therapy, and on helping patients improve function, mobility and independence.
As a board-certified neurological specialist, I provide care for patients across a wide range of neurological diagnoses. I work with individuals following spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury and stroke, as well as those living with neurodegenerative conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis. I also treat patients with vestibular disorders and other neurological conditions that affect balance, movement and daily function.
My clinical experience includes working in acute care settings, inpatient rehabilitation settings and outpatient rehabilitation settings. I take a patient-centered approach to care, partnering with each individual to develop treatment plans that align with their goals and support meaningful progress throughout recovery and rehabilitation.
