Biography
I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner with expertise in geriatrics and post-acute care. I provide comprehensive medical management for patients in skilled nursing facilities, long-term care and dementia care settings. My practice is dedicated to bridging the gap between hospitalization and home or long-term placement by ensuring continuity of care and supporting patients through every stage of recovery and aging. I work closely with patients and their families to promote understanding, comfort and dignity while managing both acute and chronic conditions.
My patients and their families can rely on me for expert, compassionate care and honest communication during critical moments. I collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized, evidence-based care.
