Biography

I am a physical therapist specializing in musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic rehabilitation, and restoring function to patients across all stages of life. My physical therapy practice at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center focuses on creating individualized treatment plans that help patients return to the activities that matter most to them.

I've always been passionate about helping people and educating them about how their bodies work. Physical therapy allows me to do both. I enjoy spending time getting to know my patients, understanding their goals and learning what is most important for them to return to doing in their daily lives.

My experience caring for patients in a variety of clinical settings has allowed me to work with a wide range of conditions and individuals across the lifespan. I use evidence-based rehabilitation strategies, exercise prescription, manual therapy, and functional movement approaches to create treatment plans tailored to each person's unique needs. I believe the best outcomes come from listening carefully to my patients, and from customizing not only their overall plan of care, but also each treatment session.

I am committed to helping patients improve their function, reduce pain, and build confidence in their recoveries. Whether someone is returning to running, participating in a favorite sport, or completing everyday tasks more comfortably, I celebrate each milestone with them and take pride in helping them achieve their goals.

In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a Kaizen Champion, supporting continuous improvement efforts that enhance patient and workplace experiences.
