About Me
As a physician assistant specializing in otology, I regularly treat patients for conditions such as hearing loss, tinnitus, inner ear balance disorders, cholesteatoma and more. My patients can expect individualized care and that I will treat them like family. I previously worked with patients at the Ohio State Hand Center, and I’m excited to expand my expertise in my role with the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
I love my job because I’m inspired by the science behind medicine, including the ability to be part of research efforts that improve patient care at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I also appreciate the rewarding opportunity to train future providers. In my role, physician assistant students often shadow me in the clinic.
I’m a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my children who keep me busy at the ice rink and ball fields. I also enjoy playing golf and pickleball.

Nikki provided me with follow-up options. She ensured I'll receive a CT scan at my local medical facility. She recommended a nose drop on line to purchase. Results of CT scan may elevate to seeing a nureosurgeon based on the results.
She was amazing! She was so patient and explained every single thing she was about to do and why she was doing it.
My care providers are phenomenal
Very good
Great
Provider was cleaning my ears and although the wax was hard, she wasn't sure what to do. She continued to poke until there was blood and then once again that made me feel suddenly very dizzy. She used two kinds of suction and I just was not at all comfortable with the treatment.
Good in helping
Nikki was so patient and explained every step very clearly. She reassured me constantly and I felt confident that she would help me.
Listens and explained things very well.
Very good and professional
Patient ,compassionate and educational
Very good _she knew what she was doing and was very kind.
Friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent.
After being told I had impacted wax in ear & was flushed 2x to relieve the wax at my family Doctor; Nikki saw me & prescribed drops which relieved my pain & hearing loss as I had an infection.
Gave clear understanding of options regarding hearing aids.
She basically said "it is what it is" and that I should take medicine for anxiety and depression, neither of which do I feel I have at all, and that I should also get a prescription from my primary care provider to help me sleep.
Excellent care.
Overall she was nice, but didn't help me with my medical problem.
Again, very respectful, knowledgeable and clear in discussing the issues in my appointment.
Very good.
Very attentive and they made me feel very comfortable.
Nikki is a kind person, always takes time with me, and answers my questions.
I would recommend this office to ANYONE needing hand care.
Beautiful.
Everything was good.
