Physician, Assistant Professor
Allergy & Immunology
Department: Otolaryngology
As an allergist and immunologist, I specialize in treating food allergies and allergic skin disorders. These conditions can affect anyone from children to adults and may severely impact a person’s quality of life.
I believe in providing patients with the tools and information about their specific condition. Patients can then take an active role in their own healthcare to reach their goals. I address my patients’ health concerns in a compassionate manner and assist them in reaching and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The people here at Ohio State are easily the best part about my job. My colleagues are always available to discuss difficult cases, and we have a level of teamwork here that is unparalleled.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time reading, going on runs and traveling.
Please note: Not all physicians schedule patients at each listed location.
I am an assistant professor of Internal Medicine. My research projects include:
Arcuate Allergy Skin Testing Device (PS Rocker) Testing a novel skin testing device in comparison to others on the market to determine validity and reproducibility of results.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Dr. Raveendran has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
