About meI specialize in primary care, internal medicine and geriatrics. I’m passionate about primary care because I enjoy the long-term relationships with my patients. I enjoy geriatric medicine because there’s a great need in our society to care for the aging population.
I believe in providing evidence-based medical care, with a personal touch.
What I enjoy most about The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center are the tools I can use provided by the electronic medical record.
In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing with my family, traveling and movies. I also attend University of Michigan football games and perform regular medical mission trips to Honduras.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 03/28/2017, Dr. Murden has reported no financial relationships with medical device, research and/or drug companies.
