Very good.
1st time so I'll wait to decide I had diabetic issues and just had my lowest A1C. He told me I was micro managing and after 49 years of getting my A1C lowest I don't think that is micro managing. Not sure if he meant it in a negative way.
Robert is awesome. After seeing him for so many years, he is almost like a friend. I feel he actually cares about my overall well being - in addition to my diabetes.
He is the best!!!! He always has time and if I have any questions he explains everything to me.

Very good.
Excellent level of professional care re: The management of my history of low blood sugar -
This was the first time I had a physician assistant. Robert was nice as he engaged in a conversation and wanted to know my ethnic background. However, when it came to the medical stuff, I felt Robert was unprepared. Robert was unaware that I had completed recent labs and I had questions about the results. I advised him of the results and I had to ask him about my concerns with some of the results as they pertained to Hemoglobin and platelets. I have been a client at this clinic for some time and I am familiar with the routine when labs are reviewed. My opinion is that Robert did not prepare/review my records before he saw me so we could have a value-added discussion. My recommendation is that an established routine on how to proceed with each visit will mitigate the risks on things not being discussed. As with every process, a checklist would help everyone stay at a particular standard.
Good.
