Dr. Farris is great. She listens to me. She explains things to me. She HELPS me. (Especially understanding where I started and how much progress has been made. What works & doesn't and why.)

She is very kind & understanding and her demeanor is one of concern & compassion and she listened to me tell her about how sad I was that my dog died. She didn't disregard my feelings. I left feeling better than when I came in.
