Biography
I am a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a subspecialty in sports medicine and shoulder surgery. I always take the time to thoroughly understand each patient’s concerns and expectations. I provide clear explanations of the diagnosis and treatment options, which can range from nonoperative solutions to minimally invasive arthroscopic or open surgeries for patients of all ages.
I’m passionate about alleviating my patients’ pain and improving their function. Whether they’re dealing with a recent injury or a chronic issue, I focus on understanding their specific goals and helping them return to the activities they love.
I’ve had the privilege of serving as a team physician for athletes at all levels, including time spent working with the New York Giants, and now, with the Ohio State Buckeyes football team. These experiences continue to shape the way I care for every patient. Whether the patient is a high school or college athlete, a weekend warrior or someone simply looking to move through daily life with less pain, I provide thoughtful, personalized care that aligns with their unique needs. I deliver the same level of attention and expertise to each patient so they can return to their sport, activity or routine with confidence.
When I’m not in the clinic or operating room, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing tennis and hiking.
