Biography
I am a board-certified nurse practitioner who specializes in neurology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I commonly treat conditions including headache and memory disorders, carpal tunnel syndrome, restless leg syndrome and neuralgia. I also see patients for diabetic nerve damage, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, hereditary sensory and motor neuropathy disorders and other conditions.
I chose to pursue a career in medicine after becoming a patient myself. During that experience, I became fascinated and curious about how the body works and that enthusiasm now carries over into my clinical care. I strive to always provide the best care possible to everyone who comes to see me. My goal is to help patients improve their health and gain a better understanding of their own body and chronic conditions.

Sam and his boss Dr. Lin are both very thorough, patient, and seem like they really care about getting to the root of the problem. They really take their time understanding my concerns and exploring different tests and treatments.
