He was wonderful very patient with me sometimes I'm not sure I'm getting all my questions asked he took a lot of time with me.. I live 5 hours away from Columbus and it's well worth my traveling to receive such good care

Sam is extremely kind and listens to everything I had to say. He was very thorough and made a strong effort to make sure I was on the same page with his plan of care. He had a suggestion about next steps but wanted to discuss with Dr. Fahey first, showing that he was not afraid to ask for help when he needed it! Sam is a wonderful provider!
