About Me

As a family medicine nurse practitioner, I am responsible for the treatment of all kinds of conditions, disorders and diseases. My focus is on urgent care and acute illnesses.

I believe in providing the most medically appropriate care to each patient and making sure that they understand why a certain treatment is being utilized, or in some cases, omitted. I believe that if you take the time to truly educate people on their health, they will always have a better outcome now and for future illnesses.

I love being in a position to help people manage or cure acute illnesses or point them in the direction of the appropriate provider who can manage their conditions. I’m also on a personal mission to link every patient with a primary care provider – I cannot stress the importance of primary care.

I chose to work at Ohio State because of its prestigious reputation. Now that I’ve been here, I stay for the people. I’ve truly never worked with a better group of people.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three kids and three dogs. We love to be outside and do anything together. My little boys have been getting into hockey so it’s always fun to watch them play.
