Biography
I am a nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience, including more than a decade dedicated to caring for adults and children. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong foundation in primary and urgent care, but my true calling has always been geriatrics. Currently, I provide primary care services at a clinic focused on adults aged 65 and older. Supporting this population is deeply fulfilling – so much so that it never truly feels like work.
In my free time, I love watching my kids do the things they’re passionate about. I also care for a small flock of chickens, which has become a passion.

As usual, she was friendly and engaged.
My care provider was excellent and thoughtfully addressed my concerns. She remembered details that we spoke about on my last visit and we had a good conversation, with all my questions answered.
Sarah looked through all of my previous x rays and made appropriate recommendations.

My dad's healthcare provider, Sarah, has been an exceptional provider. She listens carefully and takes times to address all of my dad's concerns. His dementia can make communication challenging but she always has patience and warmth when working with him. She is rely a gifted provider.
