Biography

I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner committed to providing comprehensive and evidence-based care to every patient I serve. With a diverse background in primary care, urgent care, medical weight loss and aesthetics, I bring a broad perspective and a wealth of experience to my practice. My training has equipped me to care for patients across the lifespan. I am passionate about preventive medicine and patient education, helping individuals make informed decisions that support their long-term well-being.

I chose a career in medicine because I believe in the power of compassionate care to transform lives. From an early age, I was inspired by the impact that skilled, empathetic health care providers can have on individuals and communities. My journey has been influenced by time spent at the bedside as a registered nurse and through service as an Army officer, where I learned the importance of leadership, adaptability and teamwork.

I believe medicine is a calling that requires not only clinical expertise, but also a deep commitment to serving others. I am driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my patients, to advocate for their needs and to help them achieve their health goals. It is a privilege to walk alongside my patients every day, providing guidance and support when they need it most.

My approach is rooted in the belief that effective health care is built on trust, open communication and a genuine partnership with each individual. When patients come to see me, they can expect a welcoming environment where they’ll feel heard, respected and empowered to take active roles in their health journeys.
