Biography
I specialize in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. My practice focuses on rhinoplasty, facial rejuvenation, facial reconstruction, and non-surgical treatments.
I believe every patient deserves the same level of care, attention, and advocacy that I would provide to a member of my own family. I take a holistic approach to patient care, working closely with each individual to understand their goals, concerns, and unique needs. Compassion, empathy and trust are at the center of every treatment plan I develop.
I provide personalized care for patients seeking both functional and cosmetic facial procedures. My goal is to help patients achieve natural-looking results that enhance both function and appearance while improving their confidence and quality of life. I am committed to partnering with each patient and delivering the highest standard of individualized treatment.

Consulting and related relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Shadi Mehrabi has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
