Biography

As a certified nurse practitioner, I specialize in primary care, telemedicine and college health. I manage both acute and chronic conditions including women's health, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, asthma, anxiety and depression. I am especially passionate about improving access to primary care for our community's underserved populations and working with college students. I believe it’s important to engage with patients on a personal level in order to better understand their unique situations and how I can best help them to make improvements.

I enjoy working at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center because of the opportunities available for our faculty and staff to develop, grow and refine ourselves with access to a wealth of resources and research. Our institution is a leader in healthcare innovation, and I am pleased to be able to offer my care to patients of diverse socioeconomic backgrounds through my work in telemedicine.

I spend as much of my free time as possible with my family. Together, my husband and I enjoy watching our sons play football and soccer. I also enjoy volunteering on school committees, traveling with family and friends, boxing, scrapbooking, participating in water activities and attending book club.
