I came to him with pain in my abdomen in the area where hernia mesh was installed 1 1/2 years ago. Dr. Steinberg was very defensive about the surgery and wouldn't even consider the possibility there might be something wrong. No help at all. Suggested pain management instead of looking for the cause.
