No bad experience, my dr. is wonderful, caring & supportive. Very prompt with any emails, labs, prescriptions. Listens carefully and offers great advice. Treats me one on one and not like I'm an assembly line as other drs. I've had in the past. I love my dr.

Dr. Friedman is such a nice person, she listens to me and always makes me comfortable with her answers. She waited for me even though this was my last minute scheduled visit. She accommodated me in place of one cancelled visit. I couldn't come at 2:00 PM but she scheduled my visit for 2:30 PM.
