    Friendly. Dr. Massick explained what each skin condition was and whether it was a concern. She took her time and asked me if I had any concerns.

    She too was very thorough with checking all my areas of skin and answering all my questions. She is a dermatologist and with some worrisome areas she gave me options for treatment. For example one area to watch she said I could have ointment to apply for several months or have it "frozen" now. I opted to have it frozen in the office. She gave me a prescription for my poison ivy and surgically removed a bothersome skin tag.

    I routinely have to interrupt my provider because I do not receive adequate time to voice my concerns or health issues. I do not feel like she listens to me.
