She is always very concerned and very polite
Great provider. With patience
She takes her time to listen to my issues and or concerns , makes me feel like she wants to help , and wants to take care of me ... And most of all ... She takes the time to get to know me a person and a patient... That alone means the world to me ...
This was my first appointment with her to establish primary care, so I was not sure what to expect. It was a good experience overall; however, I felt that she did most of the talking and didn't really explain what the follow-up would look like after the results of my blood test. She did not explain that I would get messages via MyChart concerning the results. I would still like to have an in-person follow-up with her to go over the progress of the prescription medicine she recommended me to take.
This was my first visit to establish care the provider came off very strong when she talked when I voiced my concerns she was dismissive I didn't feel heard I told her about my medical history and medications I've tried in the past I got blood work done and I told her certain levels would come back low and I've struggled with keeping the levels up over the years she prescribed me medication after the blood work came back that I told her didn't work for me in the past I also scored I believe a 9 on my anxiety and depression screening I told her I had been struggling with anxiety she didn't address it I felt my visit was rushed I had a lot of issues I haven't seen a pcp in 2 years
Good
Professional. Courteous. I would refer them in the future.
Dr. Cudjoe always makes sure to answer all of my questions, but more importantly she asks clarifying questions to understand what I need as well. She is amazing. My health has taken a good turn so far with her. I don't feel rushed, and she is very prompt!
She is excellent. She listens carefully and is thorough in her questions and exam. She always answers any questions I have. I have complete trust in her.
Very courteous
Extremely interested and informed of my history, current condition. Friendly but professional approach. Was genuine in demeanor and communication. I felt like a "person " and not a medical number. She asked excellent questions and let me know exactly what she was doing during my visit. She was approachable, warm and caring. She asked questions and made suggestions that were needed. I'm like that she's attentive to my medication and their interactions. She was very clear and helpful in her manner and she looked at me when she spoke, not just at her monitor. That's so important these days. Theresa Cudjoe is the type of provider we all wish we had. I'm very thankful for her services and care.
All good
Good
I had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Cudjoe
Theresa showed little respect to what I shared regarding my health concerns and history. She made assumptions throughout. She laughed with trainee when she mentioned I could message the office via mychart. She asked questions only as they pertained to the forms she needed to complete which left a lot of gaps and little to no eye contact. I now have been asked to schedule another apt so she can treat me properly as treatment did not work. Medicine I was prescribed I was not told as to side effects or what to expect as far as the process which resulted in a delay in medication. No one has contacted me about my lab results although they show to be abnormal in some areas.
Great attitude. Very friendly and helpful.
She was very friendly, asked my permission to use an app on her phone for taking notes, very thorough, listened to everything I had to say, I'm excited to have her as my new PCP.
