Extremely interested and informed of my history, current condition. Friendly but professional approach. Was genuine in demeanor and communication. I felt like a "person " and not a medical number. She asked excellent questions and let me know exactly what she was doing during my visit. She was approachable, warm and caring. She asked questions and made suggestions that were needed. I'm like that she's attentive to my medication and their interactions. She was very clear and helpful in her manner and she looked at me when she spoke, not just at her monitor. That's so important these days. Theresa Cudjoe is the type of provider we all wish we had. I'm very thankful for her services and care.
All good
Good
I had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Cudjoe
Theresa showed little respect to what I shared regarding my health concerns and history. She made assumptions throughout. She laughed with trainee when she mentioned I could message the office via mychart. She asked questions only as they pertained to the forms she needed to complete which left a lot of gaps and little to no eye contact. I now have been asked to schedule another apt so she can treat me properly as treatment did not work. Medicine I was prescribed I was not told as to side effects or what to expect as far as the process which resulted in a delay in medication. No one has contacted me about my lab results although they show to be abnormal in some areas.
Great attitude. Very friendly and helpful.
She was very friendly, asked my permission to use an app on her phone for taking notes, very thorough, listened to everything I had to say, I'm excited to have her as my new PCP.
She was extremely helpful and the appointment in total went very smoothly. I got into the appointment right away and didn't wait long at all between the nurse, doctor, and blood work
She is efficient. I rarely have to wait, even at the end of the day. She appears concerned about me & knowledgeable. Please, keep her around.
