Good
Provider was detailed and explained everything. She also provided additional information and resource to my situation.
Always kind
Great
This is the first time I've come to this office & felt like a number by the provider. Prior to this it was always a warm welcome, good conversation & care. This is the first time having this provider & she didn't have great bedside manner in my opinion in comparison to the rest of the care I had received there. She didn't even plan to look at my incision- I had to ask her to...that was strange to me.
She was helpful and I did not wait long.
Very, very quick during visit. Often felt as just going down the check list. Very flat throughout visit. Was given different information about when transplant would occur compared to prior transplant appointments, as patient, tried to ask clarifying questions. Provider stated transplant timing was "up to me as the patient" but also, could not be advised at this time. There was not additional clarification provided from the provider. Overall, I felt confused.
Professional and caring. Very helpful in answering all my questions regarding my surgery. Very pleased.
