Biography
I am a board-certified nurse practitioner with the Division of Vascular Diseases and Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I specialize in caring for patients with various cardiovascular conditions including aortic aneurysm, carotid artery disease, mesenteric vascular occlusion and thoracic outlet syndrome. I also address issues such as varicose veins and leg ulcers, and work with physicians during vascular surgical procedures.
Growing up, I watched a family member with heart disease spend a lot of time in and out of the hospital. That experience inspired me to become a nurse, and I worked with cardiovascular patients for seven years at the bedside.
The opportunity to expand my knowledge and provide more advanced care for my patients further motivated my decision to become a nurse practitioner. It is a privilege to come to work every day and make a positive difference in my patients’ lives.
