About Me

As a primary care physician, I take pride in being the first contact, investigator and advocate of my patients’ health and wellbeing. I strive towards building trustful and long lasting relationships with my patients and their families.

I am passionate about disease prevention by early intervention, raising awareness and empowering my patients lead a healthier life.The scope of my practice includes treatment of general medical conditions, mental health problems, chronic disease management and preventative health screenings.

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is committed to the advancement of healthcare in local and global communities. It offers abundant opportunities for learning and teaching the future generations of health care providers.

Besides practicing medicine, I love to train medical students and residents in outpatient as well as inpatient settings. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, exercising and exploring nature trails. I grew up in Northern India, and speak Hindi, Punjabi, Kannada and Urdu, in addition to English.

    Bullied me about A1C Wanted to push even more pills on me. Some I can't take because of family thyroid issues and some I refuse to take. Did not appreciate having to say over and over that I understood the risk.II see many specialists and have managed to keep myself alive 30 years after cancer.
