About Me

I am an orthopedic surgeon specializing in spinal treatments at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I regularly treat conditions such as chronic back pain, osteoarthritis, spinal cord compression, and other spinal diseases.

My extensive training in orthopedic and neurosurgical spine care prepared me to handle any spine disorder. I have the skill to perform everything from simple procedures and minimally- invasive surgeries, as well as more complex revision spine surgeries.?

I have a special interest in spine and back deformities. My primary research is focused on treatment options that will improve outcomes for patients with various degenerative and traumatic spine conditions.

My patients can rely on me to deliver compassionate, individualized care that is tailored to their specific needs, and I treat all of my patients as I would my own family. It’s a privilege to see my patients experience joy and happiness again after their spinal ailments have been relieved. Seeing their quality of life improve fuels my passion and is a reminder of why I love being a doctor and a spine surgeon.

I also serve as an assistant professor of clinical orthopedics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. I love teaching medical students and residents and I am very passionate about it. I believe sharing knowledge not only benefits the student, but also boosts the teacher’s confidence and skills, as well. That is one of the many benefits of working at an academic medical center like Ohio State. The healthy, compassionate, competitive environment motivates me to excel and keeps the work enjoyable.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. I also like to travel whenever I’m able.?

Well i'll start on the good the doctor visit was fast in and out ok that was the good. From the time that my Doctor came in I felt as if he didn't give two craps about my problem. He wasn't on interested in hearing about how much I hurt or how I was suffering and how low my quality of life had gotten. He didn't feel around anywhere, or ask any questions about how much pain I was in, where exactly it was coming from, what type of pain was it ( sharp, stabbing ECT.) All he cared about was what he could see on the xray. And he went solely on what he got from it and he acted like he didn't want to hear anything u had to say about it. He just told me what he felt the pain was being caused by that I was to go to physical therapy to strengthen my body up so we can see how I can best approach the issue even though I reapeated the fact I was in extremely bad pain from the moment I opened my eyes until sleep took me that night. And he made me feel that he was intentionally ignoring that fact. Now, Am I a recovering addict so there is a not lot of pain releiif theopys that are available to me. But he would not discuss any options with me at all I again stress WOULD NOT I finally after seeing that he was not interested in doing anything about my pain I had to finally ask hum to please try to get me on physical therapy or something. He then said that yeah I could get into physical theopy if I think it would help, but that is something I would have to do/set up myself. If I think it would help and at that point I realized that all me telling this doctors staff that I was a recovering addict as soon as I stepped in the office ( thinking that it was the best course of action so that they would take me and my problem seriously and thinking at that point they would know that I wasnt just trying to get meds) but instead I feel full hearted that it had the opposite effect and it actually caused the staff especially the doctor retreat me like I was nothing but a addict and like I sa

I could write volumes of great things about Dr. Singh and his staff. When I felt as if I could not take my neck pain any longer. I felt as if I could not go on. Dr. Singh surgically repaired my neck and literally saved my life. I mean it. While medicine is not an exact science, Dr. Singh is as close to exact as one can get.
