About Me
I am an orthopedic surgeon specializing in spinal treatments at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. I regularly treat conditions such as chronic back pain, osteoarthritis, spinal cord compression, and other spinal diseases.
My extensive training in orthopedic and neurosurgical spine care prepared me to handle any spine disorder. I have the skill to perform everything from simple procedures and minimally- invasive surgeries, as well as more complex revision spine surgeries.?
I have a special interest in spine and back deformities. My primary research is focused on treatment options that will improve outcomes for patients with various degenerative and traumatic spine conditions.
My patients can rely on me to deliver compassionate, individualized care that is tailored to their specific needs, and I treat all of my patients as I would my own family. It’s a privilege to see my patients experience joy and happiness again after their spinal ailments have been relieved. Seeing their quality of life improve fuels my passion and is a reminder of why I love being a doctor and a spine surgeon.
I also serve as an assistant professor of clinical orthopedics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. I love teaching medical students and residents and I am very passionate about it. I believe sharing knowledge not only benefits the student, but also boosts the teacher’s confidence and skills, as well. That is one of the many benefits of working at an academic medical center like Ohio State. The healthy, compassionate, competitive environment motivates me to excel and keeps the work enjoyable.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. I also like to travel whenever I’m able.?

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 09/30/2022, Dr. Singh has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
I have no bad experience they are All good
Best results that I could have expected
Good listener; provided concise information, expanded information when requested
Gave clear answers
The doctor was very knowledgeable, but it felt like our problem was well below what he is expectations were. I believe the ED could have just sent us to physical therapy instead of sending us to a surgeon.
Good experience
Very warm, friendly. Answered all my questions in an unhurried manner.
Dr. Singh was awesome. This was an initial spinal appointment and he spent more time with my son and I compared with other physicians
Good
I have not one bad thing that I could say about my care team at OSU
Explained my post op condition and progress
Very informative, attentive, professional.
Doctor looked pressed for time, deflected when asked specific questions and was not overall prepared for the extent of my needs given my reason for the visit was due to a major issue - fracture of rod in a spinal fusion. No sense of urgency or sensitivity. Was also denied a consult or review of case by Dr. Kahn who has seen me for many years and performed my spinal fusion in 2021. Incredibly disappointing.
He said all looks well and see me next year
Very good.
Dr. Singh did not spend any time on idle chatter.
Very helpful and concerned.
Dr. Singh provided the needed surgery to remove hardware placed improperly by another surgeon, relieving the nerve pain. Excellent surgeon & follow-up and is managing the follow-up for my osteomyelitis. I would refer others to him!
Never had one negative thing with this provider always explained everything
Very good
Dr. Was wonderful! He listened to me and discussed what the next steps should be. We went through the X-ray results and he pointed out the issues. Very thorough and can't wait to have surgery and the problem with my spine to fixed and have pain relief.
Friendly, listen very well
He is very upfront and confident.
He took a lot of time to discuss my medical situation and how I could be helped
Dr. Singh was very interested in my case, although we chose to not have surgery, he was very willing to prescribe P.T.
Took time to answer questions, friendly and said he was happy I didn't need surgery.
Very knowledgeable and very through finding answers to our questions
