Biography
I provide genetic risk assessment and counseling to individuals and families with a history of neurological disease. My clinical time is devoted to Neurodegenerative conditions including young-onset and hereditary dementias such as Alzheimer’s Disease and frontotemporal dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and complex movement disorders. I also provide genetic counseling to patients and family member with Huntington’s disease as a part of Ohio State’s Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA) Center of Excellence.

Academics and research
My research interests are in the genetics of neurodegenerative conditions, including hereditary dementias, Huntington’s disease, and Parkinson’s disease. I provide genetic counseling through the PD GENEration clinical trial, which is a nationwide initiative to offer free genetic testing for those diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease.
