Biography
I’m a board-certified pathologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where I specialize in anatomic and clinical pathology. My work focuses on diagnosing diseases by examining tissues, cells, and bodily fluids–providing critical insights that help guide treatment decisions for patients across many specialties.
I completed my medical degree at Topiwala National Medical College in Mumbai, followed by residency training at Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Medical College and Kem Hospital in Pune. I continued my training with a residency and fellowship in pathology at Ohio State, where I now serve patients as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team.
My goal is to deliver accurate, timely diagnoses that support the best possible outcomes for every patient. I’m committed to excellence in laboratory medicine and to advancing the science of pathology through continuous learning and collaboration.

Consulting and Related Relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Dr. Arole has reported no relationships with companies or entities.
