This visit, Dr. Bell was very open and willing to listen to my questions. (My 2nd visit with him) he was very helpful; and I would have no uneasiness if I have a future visit with him.

I am told to arrive 30 minutes before my appointment. Why did I have to wait 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time to see the doctor? I have to respect your time but why can't you respect mine!?
