Consulting and related relationships
At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. In order to provide effective management of these relationships, the University requires annual disclosures from all faculty members with external interests related to their University responsibilities.
As of 11/3/2025, Yixin Lin has reported no relationships with companies or entities.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lin for over 19+ years. He is an awesome neurologist who listens and cares for his patients. He has also given medical referrals to further help me with my health care needs.
He was kind, attentive, easy to get along with. Showed he care about me.
He is absolutely the best! He's very understanding, listens, shows empathy, etc. I travel an hour or more each way to see this provider.
He asked a lot of questions. Put me down for a full spectrum Bank of tests. Blood test MRI CAT scan. I was pleased to have a complete testing
Thorough
No wait time very prompt
Very courteous/people oriented
Excellent
To the point
My OSU Team brought me through a very rough time. I couldn't have asked for better. Thank you.
It's what I expected
He was kind and kinda funny.
I see him only every 4 months for neuropathy. He appears friendly but always seems to be in a hurry, therefore, I never feel as though we have a thorough exchange.
Seemed to know a lot about my problems
He was very nice, but was very eager to get through my appointment. He did not ask any of my symptoms, did not ask how long I have been taking medications, etc.
Excellent service
Good
It was my first visit to this doctor. I had one through another facility that I had lost all trust and confidence in. This new doctor was amazing he offered other plans that didn't give me problems like the other did. I felt at ease knowing he had reviewed my medical records from my hospital stays an testing on epic. He earned my trust which is something that rarely happens
Very disappointing experience. I was in and out in about six minutes, and none of my questions were answered. The doctor was not helpful, did not seem caring or compassionate, and showed little concern for my situation. Communication was difficult, and I left without any valuable information or guidance.
He's always on time I never had to wait. He actually saw me before my appointment time
