Biography
I specialize in cardio-oncology and cardiovascular disease at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. My practice focuses on helping patients maintain and optimize their heart health throughout cancer treatment and survivorship while managing a broad range of cardiovascular conditions.
As a cardio-oncologist, I care for patients with cancer, with a focus on protecting and optimizing patients’ cardiovascular health alongside cancer treatment. This includes assessing and reducing cardiovascular risk before therapy, identifying and managing treatment-related cardiac complications, and providing long-term cardiovascular care to help cancer survivors maintain heart health and reduce the risk of future cardiovascular disease.
I strive to provide every patient with compassionate, high-quality care and clear, open communication. By working closely with a multidisciplinary team, I develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient's individual needs, values and health goals. My areas of expertise include cardio-oncology, cardiovascular disease and cardiac imaging.

I am an assistant professor in the Department of Internal Medicine within the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. I specialize in cardiovascular medical education. My research focuses on advancing educational strategies, learner development and training approaches that enhance cardiovascular and internal medicine education.
As both a physician and educator in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, I am interested in improving how medical knowledge, clinical skills and advanced cardiovascular imaging concepts are taught to medical students, trainees and healthcare professionals. My work explores innovative educational methods that support effective learning and professional development in cardiovascular medicine. I am committed to fostering educational environments that prepare future physicians to provide high-quality, evidence-based care while meeting the evolving needs of patients and the healthcare system.
