Biography
As a family medicine physician, I specialize in disease management and preventative medicine. I treat patients with depression, diabetes and hypertension, among other conditions. My goal is to encourage patients to ask questions and engage in conversation to ensure the best individualized treatment plans. I treat my patients as I would my family, and take the time to truly get to know them and their health histories. My clinical interests include: preventive medicine, medical education, and taking care of patients of all ages. I look forward to caring for you and your family through the years.
My favorite part about The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is the opportunity to work with some of the most dedicated and talented practitioners around. Ohio State offers a uniquely collaborative atmosphere and access to a vast network of resources and specialists.
In my free time I enjoy cooking, fashion, collecting coins, gardening and spending time with my husband and son.

I grew up in Worthington, Ohio, and am excited to start my practice here and serve my hometown. I completed my residency training at Riverside Methodist Hospital Family Medicine and completed my undergraduate and medical training at The Ohio State University.

At The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, we support a faculty member’s research and consulting in collaboration with medical device, research and/or drug companies because a faculty member’s expertise can guide important advancements in the practice of medicine and improve patient care. She was not simply professional and thorough, she was friendly and I genuinely believe she cared about all aspects of my health. I should note that one of the questions asked was if my provider ordered any tests. She provided me the means to take a fecal test, but it wasn't something she "ordered."

She wants to know about areas in which I am experiencing problems. She then zeros in on those issues and helps me to have appointments to help me resolve or attempt to resolve these issues. She always makes sure everything I've asked about is addressed. Mostly on the same day. Sometimes it is not easily accomplished because of MY. Schedule. Not the medical staff's time or availability
