Background: My first passion is dance and I have been able to find joy in translating that into my health fitness career. I love to exercise in a group setting because I feel it takes off the pressure one may feel from one on one or for those who may feel nervous about exercising on their own. Having a sense of belongingness and confidence are what you can get from group exercise and love to be that supportive guidance for people, especially females. My personal mission statement is as a health educator, my goal is to provide a welcoming atmosphere where others can find fitness to be fun while being encouraging and promoting whole body wellness.
