About our educational events

Heart to Heart: Healthy Hacks in the Kitchen is the newest event in our Ross Wellness Series. These educational cooking demonstrations are set in quaint kitchens around Columbus and mix Ross cardiovascular physicians and dietitians with engaging topics such as how to live a heart-healthy lifestyle, heart disease prevention, what foods to avoid, what foods can lower cholesterol, etc. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine and sample each dish our chef prepares right in front of them while they speak with the experts and have their questions answered.
